Delicious food, lovely presentation and wonderful service in a cozy location.

Absolutely great experience. The menu consists of 7 predetermined Japanese dishes for $30-$40. Would definitely recommend this restaurant; you'll need to reserve in advance at least 1 day or 2 since the restaurant has limited seating.

Original and excellent food. Haven't seen a place that special in a while. The service is as good as the food. I recommanded this restaurant to many friends and everyone loves it.

My boyfriend took me here for Valentine's Day and it was one of the greatest gastronomic experiences I've ever had. The ambiance is simple, clean and natural. Our server was the sweetest woman ever and extremely knowledgeable on the food she was bringing us. The whole experience was awesome, I loved the idea of just being surprised with every course. It was the perfect amount of food. I love this place so much and wish I could try every single thing that the chef cooks up.

Amazing traditional japanese food. The 45$ for the 7 course menu with sushi was delicious. Very intimate and calm, with jazz playing in the background. Will definitely go back!

Montreal's hidden gem! This place is amazing! The 7 course menu is so worth it. The food tastes great and the platting is beautiful. The restaurant is small and intimate. No complaints a must go if you love Japanese food that is not sushi.

Usually a go to spot for me and my wife. But recently they jacked up their prices and the food has deteriorated. The mussel weren't fresh and when we brought it to the attention of the staff they just said it was normal! My wife and I were shocked at the lack of effort to rectify the situation. Definitely left a bad taste in our mouths, pun intended.

The food was so amazing! It's very good Japan cuisine. The ingredients are fresh. I love the white tuna and ginger ice cream! And The environment is quiet and clean but I feel a bit cold. The Iwaki dishes are 39 dollars before tax. I come with my friend, we think the amount of food is not enough for us.

I was transported back to Japan!! Every dish was prepared and presented with care. The meal was wonderful! I had the 7-course meal, all is chosen by the very talented chef, Omakase style.There is an extensive sake list to choose from. My friend and I were presented with a huge basket from which to choose our sake glass. Nice touch! Reservations are a must. You will not be disappointed!!
